Unfortunately USB storage isn't in there just yet... one day... I hope. But here is what I can see has changed and a note about recording your gameplays inside the headset and the issue there.

There is no way to force the update, the best thing you can do is leave your Oculus Go on charge, connect it to your mobile phone app and just wait. You can try some reboots but you can't force the update and it rolls out slowly. Even once you get the update (like I have) you might not get all of the changes straight away (maybe there are more I don't have yet). Just wait.
