French Fries with Secret Cheese Sauce Recipe [KFC Style Fries] || Homemade French Fries
Today I will share French Fries recipe with secret cheese sauce recipe. I promise these french fries will be exactly like KFC Or McDonald's french fries.
So let's make French Fries with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
Potatoes: 5-6

Recipe:
Take 5-6 potatoes & cut them into fries. Now take a bowl of water & add salt to it. Now dip the fries into water for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, put these fries into boiling water & boil them only for 3-4 minutes. Now take them out & dry them with a cloth.
Let them dry completely.

Sauce Ingredients:
Butter: small cube
All purpose flour: 2 tbsp
Milk: 3/4 cup
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Dried Parsley: 1/2 tsp
Dried Oregano: 1/2 tsp
Cheddar Cheese Slices: 4-5

Recipe:
Take a pan & add butter. Now add all purpose flour & mix well. Now add milk & cook well.
Add salt, pepper, parsley & oregano & mix well. Now add cheese slices & let it melt. For sauce consistency please watch the video.
Your Cheese Sauce is ready.
Now fry the fries until they are golden brown & crispy.
Serve them with sauce & Enjoy!
