Secret Details of Superman's Original Costume

Now this is a treat--we get up close to one of the original costumes used for the Christopher Reeve Superman films, and learn how the productions reused components from previous costumes as sequels were made. Details like the very specific weave of the fabric, the modifications to the cape for flying effects, and the construction of the iconic Superman emblem blew us away. Truly a perfect costume in its simplicity and representation of its comics counterpart.
