Holborn Pubs: The Oldest Pub in London?

Too lazy to get out into the countryside today, so instead just did a tour of a few old favourite pubs in London: Ye Old Mitre (albeit closed on Saturdays!), The Cittie of Yorke, The Seven Stars and the Blackfriar.

Could the Seven Stars be the oldest pub in London? I forgot in the video to lay out some of the ground rules of what that actually means, in my opinion. I wouldn't consider pubs where there has been a pub on the site for however many hundred years. It has to be substantially still the original building. When you dig into that you'll find almost nothing survives pre Great Fire of London (1666), pretty much everything either burnt down then, or in some subsequent fire (e.g. the Great Fire of Southwark in 1676), or was demolished and rebuilt for some other reason at some point.
