Tamarind 100g( 1cup)
Crysatl salt 110g(1/2 cup)
Ground nut Oil 1/2cup
Turmeric Powder 1/4spn
Red chilli powder 120g (1cup)
Fenugreek seeds 10g (1 spn)
Mustard seeds 15g (2spn)

For Tempering :-

Ground nut oil 2cups
Crushed garlic cloves
Chana dal 2spn
Urad dal 2spn
Cumin seeds 1spn
Mustard seeds 1spn
Dry chillies 6
Curry leaves
Hing 1/4spn
