Why don’t the Space Wolves have any Successor Chapters? | Warhammer 40k Lore

The Space Wolves are a first founding chapter that had plenty of Marines alive at the end of the Horus Heresy... so why did it take them 10,000 years and the resurrection of Guilliman before they got their first successor chapter?
