Quick, easy and incredibly versatile no bake chocolate bars!

A little bit sweet, a little salty, a little crunchy & extremely chocolaty, you’re going to LOVE them 😁

Here’s the recipe -

200g Milk Chocolate
100g Dark Chocolate
125g Unsalted Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
3 tbsp Golden Syrup or Honey
250g Salted Peanuts
150g Plain Biscuits

In a double boiler or bain-marie, add both the chocolates & butter and melt gently.
When the chocolate is almost fully melted, add the vanilla extract & golden syrup and mix gently until everything combines well together.
Once everything is nicely melted and mixed together, remove from the heat and add the peanuts and biscuits.
Fold until the peanuts and biscuits are well coated with the chocolate and transfer to a dish to set.
For fast setting, leave in the freezer for 30-45 mins or keep in the fridge for a few hours.
Cut into any size pieces that you desire and enjoy!
You can substitute the peanuts and biscuits with anything you prefer - Salted almonds, salted macadamias, salted pistachios, digestive biscuits, Oreos, honey comb, cranberries and orange zest, salted pretzels, or any other ingredient you prefer. Enjoy!
