Today is all about plans of action. It is the basic thing where you write to Amazon that you recognize that there is an issue, that you find a way to improve that issue. You've made the customer as happy as possible, and going forward, Amazon can rest assured that they will not have the same problem with your account or your products.

That first plan of action that we write for sellers is the most important document of all. The first plan of action is the one that will get you reinstated fast, get your inventory loosened up, get your distribution released to you, and you get your money and you go back to doing business. You want to make sure they could be traced back to the manufacturer. You want to make sure they have a phone number that Amazon staff on India can get on a phone call and call them.

On your side of the invoice, the best scenario of all is that the name on the invoice matches your Amazon account or the owner or the corporate entity that owns your Amazon account. You want the address to match, the phone number to match. And here's something that I find absolutely ridiculous, when you are submitting an invoice to Amazon with your plan of action to get your listing back or your account back, that invoice, if it has an email address for you, should be the very same email address you have on your Amazon account.
