Hi all! We are Alexus and Michi. We are an American German International LGBT Couple and PhD Students at UH Manoa, living in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this week in my life, we share our busy (and hopefully balanced) life as third and fourth year PhD students in Biological Oceanography and Second Language Studies. This week, Alexus works hard on drafting her PhD Prospectus while Michi teaches her class, works on her prospectus, and does some grant writing. We show some behind the scenes of what life is like as a PhD YouTuber and life in Hawaii.
