Examining the Seiko Baby Tuna "Street Series" Divers Watch [ASMR Review]

The black dial has vintage style lume that resembles "old radium". Pay attention to the textures on the dial, plastic case, and strap. Seiko made sure that these textures match nicely.

Something else of note is that the Seiko solar-powered caliber V157 movement typically has a date at 3:00, but on the Street Series Baby Tuna Diver, the date is positioned at 4:00.
