Objective: The goal of this project was to assess the performance of GoodCabs across 10 tier-2 cities in India, focusing on their growth strategy and impact on both drivers and passengers. We aimed to analyze key metrics and identify areas for improvement to help the company achieve its performance targets for 2024.

Timeline: November 14, 2024 – December 15, 2024

Tools/Technologies Used: Power BI, MySQL, Excel

Key Achievements:
Analyzed trip-level and passenger-level metrics.
Assessed whether the cities have met their growth targets.
Provided 6 actionable suggestions for future growth to improve passenger satisfaction and expand GoodCabs' market share.
