Ingredients

30 gms Yellow mustard
100 gms Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tsp Kalonji
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Salt to taste
1.5 cup Mustard oil

Method:

1. Grind the soaked mustard seeds in a mixer.
2. Heat oil in kadhai
3. Add kalonji
4. Add green chilli and salt
5. Add turmeric powder
6. Add mustard paste made. Mix till it's dry.
7. Remove from heat and add mustard oil to it.
8. The pickle is ready to be served.
