Instructions:
Grate the zucchini, potato, and carrot.
Very important: squeeze the grated vegetables well to remove excess water.
Transfer them to a bowl.
Add eggs, grated cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Mix everything well until fully combined.
Heat a pan with a little oil over medium heat.
Shape the mixture into small patties and place them in the pan.
Cook until golden and crispy on both sides.
Serve hot with bread and fresh tomatoes 🍅🥖💡 Tip:
You can also bake them in the oven for a lighter version!
