Crispy Potato Chicken Rolls

Ingredients ⬇️
•2 Bread slices
•1/2 cup Milk
•1 tbsp Butter
•1 Onion chopped (medium)
•5 tbsp Carrot
•5 tbsp Green Capsicum
•5 tbsp Broccoli (optional)
•5 tbsp Cabbage
•1 cup Boiled Chicken (shredded)
•1 tbsp Green Chillies
•1 tbsp Salt
•1 tbsp Red Chilli Crushed
•1 tsp Black Pepper
•Soaked Bread
•1 tbsp Chicken Powder
•Cornflour Slurry (1 tbsp Cornflour mix with 1/2 cup Water)
•1 cup Boiled Potatoes
•Fresh Coriander
•1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (homemade)

For coating:
•Bread Crumbs
•4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
•2 tbsp Cornflour
•A pinch of Salt
•1/2 cup Water

•Oil for frying
•Fry for 3-4 mins

➡️You can freeze them for upto 1 week
