Hi all! I wanted to share a video on a topic that's been on my mind. Even though I've been in my current line of work since 2011 while going to school as a lifelong learner, I’ve noticed something tricky to navigate. As I’ve gained more knowledge and research skills, it’s become harder to integrate into certain work environments. Part of this might come from research training to problem-solve, evaluate, and refine processes, which can be challenging for others who prefer sticking to familiar methods.
