Even in his video he shared some of really good tips which is good for health but can't increase your height but the problem comes in the remedy and the logic behind it. I myself used to be a admirer of fit tuber few years ago but he started to make really pseudoscientific video in the cover of ayurved and some of it is actually harmful for us.

India used to be a great country in term of education science and even in medical field as ayurved. But history is not very kind for our country..... As Foreign invaders destroyed many great things of our country this ancient knowledge not get carried on and got replaced by pseudoscience through quacks

We can't go back to time and replace it but we can make our future better by adopting real science
