JV or JVCA means to do a definite task/work jointly with other/Others. By forming JV or JVCA, new Tenderer/Contractor can gather Experience for submitting e-Tender independently. The parties forming JV or JVCA can satisfy the following Conditions according to PPA 2006 and PPR 2008;
Lead party must fulfill 40%
Other Party must Fulfill 25%
All the Parties must be Qualified in Preliminary Examinations as well as Financial Criteria according the the share of them in that contract.
