Leberwurst für Anfänge. Schritt für Schritt. Grundrezept ohne großen Maschinenpark.

Hallo ich begrüße euch recht herzlich auf meinem Kanal.
Ich mache für euch heute Leberwurst. Wer meine anderen Videos kennt weiß ich ich gerne Wildschwein verarbeite. Dieses werde ich heute nicht machen, auch werde ich heute keine Semi Professionellen Maschinen verwenden sondern nur Teile die auch in fast jeder Küche Verwendung finden. Dieses Video soll sich hauptsächlich an Personen richten die sich mit Materie der Herstellung von Wurstwaren beschäftigen möchten.
Rezept:
Zum Kochen des Fleisches
2000 Gramm Wasser
20 Gramm Pökelsalz oder normales Salz dann wird die aber grau
1000 Gramm Schweinefleisch Kamm/Bauch
1-2 Lorbeerblätter
Wurzelgemüse
1 Zwiebel

Weitere Zutaten
250-300 Gramm Leber
1-2 Zwiebel je nach Größe
20 Gramm Pökelsalz oder normales Salz dann wird die aber grau
2 Gramm Pfeffer
1 Gramm Muskat
1 Gramm Kardamom
1 Gramm Koriander
2 Gramm Thymian
5 Gramm Majoran
Kesselbrühe je nach koch Verlust
