Springs Ensemble Theatre is proud to present our final MainStage show of Season Six, the Regional Premiere of LONESOME HOLLOW by Lee Blessing

In the very near future, the definition of a "sexual offender" is broad and sweeping. Those convicted are not only removed from society, but from the traditional penal system as well. Instead, they have been placed in camps created out of dying rural towns across America by a mysterious private corporation. In this world, inmates can be held indefinitely, art is pornography, and the laws are fluid. But the question remains: are the peoples' best interests being served or has the state rigged the system? Touching on art, sexuality, injustice and government overreach, LONESOME HOLLOW asks the pertinent question: just how far are we willing to go to protect ourselves from ourselves? This regional premiere will challenge and stick with you long after the lights come up!

LONESOME HOLLOW opens October 15th, 2015 and runs thru November 1st, 2015. Shows are at Thurs-Sat at 7:30pm, with 4:00pm matinees on Sunday, October 19th and Sunday, October 26th. Tickets are $15, and $10 student rush tickets are available five minutes before curtain.
