In this video, I show you 5 simple chair exercises that safely rebuild leg strength using nothing but a chair. These movements are gentle on the knees and hips, yet powerful enough to improve strength, balance, circulation, and confidence in as little as 8–12 weeks.

You’ll learn why leg weakness (called dynapenia) is the #1 predictor of falls in older adults, and how slow, controlled chair-based exercises can reverse this decline without pain or impact.
