Charmed NPC did most of the work with his summons and spells. I forgot to swap my belt against slashing damage, but it did not matter. Some of the prebuffing was already done before entering the Palace.

Rules: Permadeath, no mods, no companions, no max health rolls on level ups, core difficulty (would have worked the same way on all difficulties, except LoB which makes the fight both easier and harder)
