1). Kerala Kappa Biryani Recipe:-
INGREDIENTS:-
1kg Tapioca,(Boiled)
1kg of chicken
4 to 5 tbsp of Mr.Gold Coconut oil
1 tsp of mustard seeds
4 shallots chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
4 or 5 Green chillies
3 Onion (medium) chopped
2 sprigs of curry leaves
3 Small Tomatoes
1 tsp of turmeric
2 tbsp of chilli powder
2 tbsp of coriander powder
1 tsp of fennel powder
2 tsp of black pepper powder
1 tbsp of chicken masala
Coconut Roasted crumbs
Cook for 15 to 20 mins
Coconut Roast:-
-3 tbsp Mr Gold Coconut Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds,
2 Sprig Curry leaves,
-1/2 cup Coconut crumbs,

2). Paneer Shashlik
INGREDIENTS:-
Paneer Cubes - 200 grams
(1/2 inch thickness),
1 Onion medium size Cubes,
Capsicum Cubes (Red, Green Yellow),
3 tbsp Hung Curd (100grms),
1 tbsp Corn Flour,
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, powder,
1 tbsp Fresh Cream,
1/2 Lemon Juice,
1/2 tsp Pepper powder,
1/2 tsp Cumin powder,
1 tsp chilly powder,
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Coriander powder,
1 tbsp Mustard Oil,
Salt as Taste,
Soak 15 mins,
Dipping Sauce Recipe:-
1 Red pepper,
1/2 Onion cubes,
1 tomato,
3 Garlic cloves,
1 tsp Oregano,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1 tbsp Oil,
Cook at 175⁰ C for 15 mins
2 tbsp Fresh Cream,
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilly powder,
Grind well.
Satay Sticks or toothpicks,
Baking Process:-
Preheat the oven to 180 C for 2 minutes,
Grease the basket with oil,
Thread the paneer and vegetables onto the sticks and cook at 175 C for 10 -12 mins.

3). Bamboo Biryani Recipe:-
INGREDIENTS:-
1 kg Chicken with bone,
1 kg Biryani Basmati Rice,(or) Seeraga Samba rice (20 mins Soaked)
250ml Mr. Gold Groundnut Oil,
50ml Ghee,
1 inch Cinnamon,
5 Cardamom,
7 Cloves,
1 Star Anise,
500g Onion chopped,
500g Tomato chopped,
100g Garlic paste,
100g Ginger paste,
1 hand full Mint leaves,
1 hand full Coriander leaves,
6 Kashmiri Chilly + 3 Red dry Chilly
(Roast and grind to a paste),
2 tbsp Salt,
1 Lemon Juice,
250 ml Curd,
Biryani Gravy Cooking time 20 mins,
700ml Hot water,
Stuff the biryani mixture in bamboo add egg and finally wrap it in a banana leaf and steam it for 40 to 60 minutes.

4). Potato Bonda Recipe:-
500g Potatoes,
1 cup White Peas,
1 onion chopped,
2 tbsp Oil
1 inch Ginger chopped
1/2 tsp mustard seeds,
4 Green Chillies chopped,
1 sprig of Curry Leaves,
1 tsp Garam masala,
1 tsp Cumin powder,
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds,
1 tsp Asafoetida powder,
1 hand full Coriander Leaves Chopped,
Cook for 15 mins,
Bonda Mix Preparation:
2 cup Gram Flour,
1/2 cup Rice Flour,
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder,
1/4 tsp Baking Soda,
1 tsp Asafetida,
Salt as Taste,
300 ml water
Mix Well
Oil for Fry,

5). Nature Rose Halwa
INGREDIENTS:-
2 cups of Rose Petals,(5 Rose)
1 tbsp Sugar,
1 cup of almond nuts (Soak it overnight and keep it peeled )
1 cup milk,
1 cup Sugar,
1 pinch Salt,
1 cup Ghee,
Crushed Almonds,
Cook for 20 to 35 mins,

6). Bean Burger
Ingredients:-
1 cup of kidney beans,
60 g oat flakes (tender),
1 onion,
25g flour,
1 clove of garlic,
oil for frying,
1 tbsp soy sauce,
1 tbsp mustard Sauce,
1 tbsp vegetable broth,
2 tsp smoked paprika,
1 tsp cumin seeds,
Salt pepper,
BURGER TOPPING:
Burger bun,
1 Pepper( roasted )
Cucumber slices (roasted),
2 onion slices (roasted)
1vBean patty,
1 tbsp Veg Mayonnaise,
1 tbsp Burger sauce,
Pomegranate Mojito :-
Ingredients:-
2 tbsp Pomegranate pearls,
1 sprig of Mint leaves,
1 tbsp Powder sugar,
1 cup ice cubes,
100 ml soda,
1 lemon slice for garnishing.

7). Soya Keema Cheese Ball Recipe:-
INGREDIENTS:-
1 cup Soya Chunks (Soaked),
1/2 Onion chopped,
2 Garlic cloves,
1 tsp Chilly flakes,
1 tsp Oregano seasoning,
1/2 tsp Pepper,
1/2 tsp Salt,
1 pinch Sugar,
1 cup Bread crumbs,
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese,
Fry for Oil,

8). Oats Meal Recipe:-
4 Ice apple cubes,
300 ml Milk,
2 tbsp Brown sugar (optional),
6 Dates,
Grind well,
1 cup Choco Oats,
Mix well and soak overnight.

9). Fried Veg Octopus Recipe:-
1 Eggplant,
2 Eggs,
1/4 cup All purpose flour,
1 tbsp Corn flour,
1 tsp Gram flour,
1 tsp Pepper powder,
1/2 tsp Cumin powder,
1/2 tsp Garam masala,
1 tsp Oregano seasoning,
1/2 tsp Salt,
50 ml Water,
Mix well,,,
Bread Crumbs,
Fry for Oil,

10). Dahi Wale Baingan Recipe:-
1 Eggplants (sliced),
1 tsp Chilly powder,
½ tsp Cumin powder,
¼ tsp Turmeric powder,
½ tsp Garam Masala,
1 tsp Salt,
3 tbsp Groundnut Oil,
Mix well and Soak for 10 mins,
3 tbsp Groundnut oil for Roast,
Gravy Making:-
3 tbsp Groundnut Oil,
1 Onion (finely chopped),
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste,
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilly powder,
1 tsp Coriander powder,
1 tsp Chaat masala,
½ tsp Cumin powder,
½ tsp Turmeric powder,
½ tsp Garam Masala,
½ Pepper powder,
½ tsp asafoetida,
200 ml Water,
Cover and Cook for 8 to 12 mins,
Curd Mix:-
2 tbsp Groundnut Oil,
½ tsp Mustard seeds,
½ tsp Cumin seeds,
3 Dry Chillies,
1 sprig Curry leaves,
500 ml Curd (whisked)
Mix well,
