Guvar Dhokli Sabzi

Ingredients:

Red Chutney
Take Mortar Pestel
8-10 no – Garlic Clove
1 tbsp -Papdi Gathiya
1+1/2 tbsp – Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp – Coriander Leaves Chopped
Crush Coarsely, Keep aside

Dhokli Atta
1/3 Cup – Besan
1/3 Cup – Wheat Flour
1 tsp – Garlic Chutney
¼ tsp – Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp – Coriander Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
¼ tsp – Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1 tsp – Oil
Mix all together
Make a Soft Dough using
¼ Cup Less 1 tbsp – Water
Pinch – Cooking Soda
Mix and Little add
½ tsp – Oil
And knead properly and give 10 min Rest and Make a Small balls and Press with hand make a Dhokli Shape

Tadka:
Take a Pressure Cooker and add
3 tbsp – Oil
½ tsp – Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
2 no – Whole Red Dry Chilli
½ tsp – Asafoetida (Hing)
½ tsp – Turmeric Powder
250 gm – Cluster Beans (Guvar) Soaked
Add above Garlic Chutney remove 1 tsp aside and mix all together and add
Salt to taste
Mix Properly and add
2+1/2 Cup – Water
Boil the Water and add above Dhokli
Mix it and add
1 tbsp – Coriander Cumin Powder
Mix and Close the Lid of Pressure Cooker and Give 4 Whistle
Let Cool for 5 min then add
½ tbsp – Jaggery
½ tbsp – Lemon Juice
Mix and Cook for Some time and Give Tadka

Tadka:
Take a Tadka Pan and add
½ tbsp – Oil
1 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
Put this tadka Over the Dhokli and add Coriander Leaves Chopped and Serve
