On this video we will unbox, assemble, and start a burn off of our new toy the Oklahoma Joe Bronco. This was not given to us we went out and bought it because we wanted to try this smoker out. That being said I will give a honest review of this smoker. I will start by saying this smoker was packed well and is easy to assemble. It's made up of heavy steel which I like very much and its easy to manage. You can smoke or grill on the Bronco, and it's even a option to hang your meat to smoke it. This smoker is AWESOME and I can't wait to use it. So if your looking for a drum smoker the Oklahoma Joe Bronco is a very affordable option that you can find at your local stores.
