He is an accomplished business leader with nearly 30 years of proven capabilities in Cement & Construction Sector.

About Ajay Pathik –He is a senior executive having three decades of diverse experience with a demonstrated history of delivering value through leadership roles in India and outside handling variety of Building material products with global exposure in Marketing & Sales, Setting up new businesses with P&L ownership & turning around underperforming business, Techno-commercial, Manufacturing of Cement & High value products with strong focus on Health & Safety and Sustainability Worked in crucial management profiles such as CEO, COO of a new business initiative, Director Marketing, Cement Plant Head, Regional Sales Head, and Regional Business Head Solutions & Products and Regional Technical Services Head Expertise in driving start-up of business operations / new initiatives and ventures from scratch, successfully promoting them and leading to turnaround of business and accomplish profit targets with in desired time frames. A Team player, pragmatic leader who transforms strategic plans into workable solutions, building & mentoring large teams and forging lasting partnerships with stakeholders Strong education background (Merit scholar) with varied executive programs focused on Leadership & Organizational development from prestigious institutions worldwide
He has worked on different roles & organizations including Ambuja Cements Ltd for 28 yrs up in different roles and has worked up to the levels of P&L responsibility. Since May’22 he is CEO of Ultrafine Mineral & Admixtures Pvt Ltd, Mumbai and is responsible for overall business set.
He has done Executive MBA from SP Jain, Mumbai (PGEMP Two years course), DMM from IMT Ghaziabad & B.E. Civil from Government Engineering College, Ujjain MP during 1986-1991. He has also taken up few professional development courses including the one from St. Gallen University –Switzerland, IIM Kolkatta, ISB Mohali, Goldratt India etc.
