Premium Chromebooks have been few and far between since the Google PixelBook launched a few years ago. The Acer Spin 713 I reviewed back in October 2020 was an excellent example of a mid range Chromebook with premium aspirations. The HP Elite c1030 is aiming to fill this flagship Chromebook category.
