In this video, Akash talks about why he switched from Investigative journalism to working with the Andhra Pradesh government, especially during a crisis situation.

The Pandemic had just started and Andhra Pradesh did not have any testing capacity. The Andhra Pradesh government went from 0 testing capacity, to having one of the highest testing capacity in India. The Andhra Pradesh model was even talked about by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Akash also talks about the trauma him and the entire government had to go through as they saw people suffering without being able to do anything, even after being at a position of power.
