Chen shares insights on her role overseeing foundational partner programs, tools and value exchanges at AWS.

Julia Chen, VP of AWS Partner Core, Specialists and Partners, joined theCUBE Research's principal analyst Shelly kramer for a conversation about the critical role partners play in AWS's business strategy and customer success, sharing insights on the AWS partner ecosystem and discussing recent innovations.

Chen noted that partners who co-sell with AWS see remarkable benefits: 51% higher revenue growth, 65% higher close rates, and 54% larger deal sizes. AWS has implemented a number of tools, including Partner Central and ACE, to facilitate these partnerships and help AWS sellers identify optimal partners for specific opportunities.

Chen and Kramer also discussed key announcements at re:Invent about Amazon Q for Developer as well as the launch of the business outcome accelerator program, the GA of the AWS managed service program, and the introduction of Buy with AWS on Marketplace.
