Workplace Racism in Australia as an Asian | [CC中字] 香港人在澳洲職場被歧視的日子

Hi guys! I'm making a video on my experience of racism in some of my previous workplaces, as I know this is a topic that hasn't been frequently mentioned and it usually goes unnoticed as the victims who've been bullied because of their cultural background, would usually not speak up to avoid troubles at work.

Despite it was a tough experience for me, I've definitely learned a lot from this and thanks to this I've turned into a better person. Now I'm here just to share my thoughts on how to deal with this situation so that those who are experiencing this could take home some of the advice.

Is the bamboo ceiling real? I will let you guys think about it.
