In this vlog, I explain how I accept and allow myself to entertain my thoughts within my desire to eat more food than necessary. I see, realize, and understand how I use my emotions within different situations to make decisions about what I eat, and thus, not stand firm within deciding from a starting-point of self-honesty which is, in this case, eating from a starting-point of what my body needs.

I instead, eat from the starting-point of an emotional response within myself based on memories of me eating a large portion of the same food item that I ate within the past. And so within this, I realize how I become a product of my emotional reactions, and therefore, my decisions become emotional rather than self-honest and stable decisions.

In this vlog, I also speak some self-forgiveness statements. Self-forgiveness, for me, allows me to gift myself the opportunity to look back at my experiences, and release any emotional reactions that I have in relation to food, and within releasing my emotional reactions, I am able to more clearly see my relationship to food, and how I defined and manipulated myself to eat more foods just to create an experience of fulfillment within myself.
