CRAZY FAST!!! Kone Traction Elevators - Hyatt Centric Times Square in New York, NY

Here we have the Hyatt Centric Times Square, located on 45th St. The low-rise bank serves floors 1 through 25 while the high-rise bank serves floors 25 through 54. Pay attention to how the indicator changes, especially in the high-rise elevators.

MY THOUGHTS:
54 floors in 30 seconds!!!??? Wow! That's one speedy Gonzales I've discovered right here in NYC. These possibly travel at around 1400 to 1600 FPM and as you'll notice the indicator can't even keep up lol! The fixtures and the cab look super amazing and it's interesting that this is a tiny, but tall hotel! The ride was extremely smooth, but a bit bumpy with the deceleration. Again, these elevators are super awesome!
