This is a funny version of the famous 1920s song, 'Side by Side' by Gus Kahn and Harry Woods. I don't know who wrote the new lyrics but I remembered it the other day and thought it was worth putting up. I first heard this version in about 1987 at a Ukulele Society meeting in Digswell, sung by a great old guy with a voice like a cockney Tom Waits.
