Tim Mills from Riccarton Park says the Minister of Racing, Nathan Guy, is suggesting exactly what the racing industry wants; money from overseas organisations that are benefitting from information produced by the industry here in New Zealand. He says if overseas organisations end up paying for the information about fields, form and breeding, everyone will benefit. Mills suggests that the whole industry will benefit from the owners and trainers, right through to those who work at the tracks.
