World Champion fencer and Olympic athlete Nzingha Prescod is providing mentorship to underserved kids in New York City through her nonprofit The Prescod Institute for Sport, Teamwork, and Education (PISTE). The Brooklyn native dishes on her journey rising through the ranks of fencing on the world stage, and shares how PISTE is increasing access to the normally affluent sport in her home community. Also, PISTE students Emi and Julia show Kelly how to properly do an advanced lunge — in heels!
