3 NCERT Questions on Thrust and Pressure || for Class 9 in Hindi

In this Science (Physics) video in Hindi for Class 9 we solved three questions from the topic of 'Thrust and Pressure'. This is a topic from Chapter 10 - 'Gravitation' for class 9th from NCERT. Following are the questions

𝐸𝑥𝑎𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑒 10.6 (𝑁𝐶𝐸𝑅𝑇) A block of wood is kept on a tabletop. The mass of wooden block is 5 kg and its dimensions are 40 𝑐𝑚 × 20 𝑐𝑚 × 10 𝑐𝑚. Find the pressure exerted by the wooden block on the table top if it is made to lie on the table top with its sides of dimensions
(a) 20 𝑐𝑚 × 10 𝑐𝑚
(b) 40 𝑐𝑚 × 20 𝑐𝑚.

𝐸𝑥𝑎𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑒 A block of dimensions 100 𝑐𝑚 ×80 𝑐𝑚 ×50 𝑐𝑚 is placed on a table top as shown in the following figure. Find the pressure exerted by the block on the table top.
(density of the material is 4 𝑘𝑔/𝑚^3 and 𝑔 = 10 𝑚𝑠^(−2))
