Mutton Vindaloo Ingredients
১ কেজি মটন / 1 kg Mutton
১.৫ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 1.5 tsp ginger garlic paste
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
শুকনো লঙ্কা / whole red chili
১ চা চামচ তেল / 1 tsp oil
১/২ চা চামচ লবঙ্গ / 1/2 tsp long
১ ইঞ্চি দারুচিনি / 1 inch cinnamon stick
১ চা চামচ গোটা গোলমরিচ / 1 tsp black pepper corn
১ চা চামচ জিরা / 1 tsp cumin seeds
২ চা চামচ কুচানো রসুন / 2 tsp chopped garlic
১০০ মিলি তেল / 100 ml oil
৪ টি মাঝারি মাপের পেঁয়াজ / 4 ea medium size onion
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
২ চা চামচ ভিনিগার / 2 tsp vinegar
জল / Water
১ চা চামচ চিনি / 1 tsp sugar
