I've seen Elsie reaching up to the counter many times, but this is the first time I have actually seen her jump up onto it.
Jacci mentioned it in her blog of Tuesday, December 12, 2017: Elsie alert! Our sweet Elsie has figured out another thing to add to her WOW list! She has figured out how to get up on the countertop. This is something that she did all on her own. A slight problem--her getting down. I've watched her--she is also learning the distance from the top to back down on the floor. I expect soon she will also be with no effort, jumping down by herself.
