Oftentimes we move through life so quickly that we don't get a chance to slow down and chill. In this class, we get the opportunity to do just that. It's all about the SLOW FLOW!

We'll hold our poses longer than normal, get into deep stretches, and chill out our minds and bodies. The intention for class?

"I have nothing to prove."

This allows us to let go, get vulnerable, and enter a state of full chill. You ready? I sure am.
