Queen Elizabeth II Gives Crown Prince Naruhito a Tour of the Royal Library (2001)

On 19 May 2001, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh gave Japan's visiting Crown Prince Naruhito a tour of the Royal Library in Windsor Castle. The Windsor reception marked the first day of the 41-year-old future emperor's state visit to the UK.
