3 tablespoons tamari
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
3/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
3/4 teaspoon granulated onion
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
