This is an authentic Karwar dish, It is baked in haldi leaves.
We can eat it with chapati, Bhakari or plain rice.

INGREDIENTS:
6 bangada fish
1 cup grated coconut
1 small onion (optional)
6 garlic
2 tsp coriander seeds
6-8 dry red chillies
turmeric, red chilli powder
cocum agal or tamarind
6-8 triphal.

METHOD:
Take 6 cleaned bangadas
Rub red chilli powder, salt, haldi powder on it
Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour
Grind coconut, coriander seeds, haldi, salt, red chillies, cocum
agal. make a smooth paste.
Heat a pan add some oil
Fry grind masala a little.
Arrange bangadas, cover it with haldi leaves.
after 1/2 an hour our spicy bangada che dodkan is ready to eat.
