GLAAD's Anthony Allen Ramos chats with Peloton instructor Cody Rigsby - Peloton about his new book "XOXO, Cody" which is out now. The book gives readers an open and honest look into Rigsby's upbringing, including his road to self discovery and self acceptance as a gay man.

"Our queerness is our superpower! It's such a privilege and a beauty to be queer because we get to go through this journey of not loving ourselves, but then we get to this place where we really do accept and love everything about us. There's always going be people pushing, back against your success and your joy, but you can't let anybody "snatch your wig" in this space," Rigsby shares with Ramos.

Rigsby also opens up about sharing some much detail about the harder times he had with his mother and why speaking out on mental health and addiction is so important to him. He also gives advice for people to not be afraid to advocate for themselves and ask for a raise!

"XOXO, Cody" is part memoir, part advice book and it is available now. You can also see Cody on the road at one of his book tour stops in September and October.
