Devil May Cry 5 Final Boss Battle and Ending in 1080p 60fps on the PS4 Pro (also on PC, Xbox One X). Battle for the Ages Trophy - Clear Missions 19 and 20 without using continues (any difficulty except Heaven or Hell). SPOILERS obviously. This is on Devil Hunter difficulty, but it's easy and I'm not even that good. S Rank both Missions 19 and 20. I haven't unlocked the other difficulties yet. More information below.

**SPOILER STUFF**

This is 'Boss Fight of the Year 2019'. I don't see another game topping it -- the gameplay is fun; a back and forth that requires some skills. Stylish combat and cool characters, with epic music. I had to take the time required to make it good.

The final battle needed a build up to understand the situation so I've included the related revelatory cutscenes. It's also a chance to see the characters in their Ex Colors. If you just want to skip to the gameplay, Dante's fight versus Vergil is at (13:57) and Nero's fight v. Vergil is at (22:31). I don't recommend skipping, since it makes the fight that much better.

Dante is using Royal Guard stance and Devil Sword. Dr. Faust for the Man in Red ability. I finished Vergil with Dante's Royal Release counter, with full Royal Guard bar. Battle for the Ages Trophy/Achievement. Don't lose all your health, which requires you to use red orbs or the gold orb. You also might not be able to unlock this if you restart the checkpoint or retry the mission. I couldn't unlock it when I did both on Mission 20. You just have to play straight from Mission 19 to the end of 20. The trophy unlocks at the very end of it all, during the Mission 20 Results screen (35:26).
