Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is planning to stage a dharna at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi over delay in setting up separate High Court for Telangana and injustice in allocation of judges between two Telugu states. He is holding talks with Ministers, party MPs and MLAs in this regard. Party sources said that the KCR is unhappy with the BJP-led NDA government for neglecting justifiable demands of Telangana State
