To prepare Veg Grill Sandwich, here is the simple recipe:

Ingredients:

3 slices of bread
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (capsicum, onion, tomato, cucumber) finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded vegetables (cabbage, carrot)
1 boiled potato
1 tablespoon boiled sweet corn
1/2 cup grated cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes

For Green chutney: Grind all ingredients listed below to make a smooth paste

1/2 cup coriander
1 tablespoon curry leaves
2 green chillies
1 inch ginger
4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon fried gram
salt
pinch of chat masala


Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the cabbage, carrot, capsicum, mayonnaise, ketchup, chilli flakes and chat masala together and keep aside.

Take a slice of bread and spread a thin layer of butter and green chutney on one side.

Place a generous portion of the chopped veggies and cover with another bread slice.

Place another layer of veg mixture prepared and add cheese on top.

Take another bread slice and apply butter and green chutney to cover finally.

Place the prepared sandwich to the heated grill pan and cook until the bread turns golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

Once done, remove the sandwiches from the grill and let them cool for a minute.

Cut the sandwiches diagonally into halves or quarters.

Your delicious veg grill sandwich is ready to be served.
