With modern EVs, Range is a luxury. While charging at home is an option for many, the ability to drive long distances without concern for your range makes traveling in an EV even easier. That's why Lucid Motors worked so hard to deliver an EPA estimated 520 miles of range with their Air luxury sedan; A number that puts them over one hundred miles past the competition. And while that may seem hard to believe, this claim was recently independently verified by @InsideEVs US 's Tom Moloughney who drove an Air for almost 8 hours at a constant 80mph, but even Tom didn't drive it until the battery was totally dead. For this video, we wanted to know how much farther it could go.
