Now learn how to make Restaurant Style Easy & tasty kari pakora recepie at home| Meraamskitchen|

Kari Preparation:

- 2kg yogurt
- 3 & half jug water
- 1 cup oil
- 4 cups gram flour
- 3 big onions
- 3 green chilies
- 2 1/2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 3-4 proven red chilies
- Spices:
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons turmeric powder
- 3 tablespoons coriander powder
- 3 tablespoons cumin powder
- 3 tablespoons red chili powder

Instructions:

1. Prepare the masala by cooking the onions, ginger garlic paste, and spices in oil until the oil separates.
2. Prepare the batter by mixing 2 cups of yogurt with 2 cups of gram flour and water. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a cauldron and add 1 jug of water. Mix well and cook on full flame until it boils.
4. Reduce the flame and add 1/2 jug of water. Mix well and cook for 3-4 hours until the kari is ready.

Pakora Preparation:

- Cut cabbage, potatoes, and onions
- 3 cups gram flour
- Yogurt batter (prepared earlier)
- Oil for frying
- Spices:
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot spice powder
- 1 teaspoon blend red chili
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 3 spices grind (carom seed, cumin, and coriander)

Instructions:

1. Fry the pakora ingredients in oil until golden brown.
2. Add the fried pakora to the prepared kari and mix well.
3. Serve hot and enjoy!

Note: Please adjust the amount of spices according to your taste preferences.
