Ingredients
Diabexy flour 130g
Diabexy sugar 7g
Milk 90g
Curd 120g
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 60g
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Mix the flour,baking soda,baking powder in one bowl and keep aside
In another bowl whisk curd,sugar and oil until homogeneous
Add the vanilla essence and mix well
Add the flour mixture and milk to the wet mixture alternately in 2 batches.
Mix well after each addition.
Add to a cupcake tray lined with cupcake liners.
Bake at 160 ( with fan oven) or 175 (without fan oven) for 30 minutes.
Let it cool for 20 minutes . Then serve
