Horsetooth Reservoir Smallmouth Lessons (bass fishing)

In the very early years of Fishful Thinker, back in 2009 we set out on Horsetooth Reservoir to demonstrate the effectiveness of Berkley Gulp! on a variety of jigging situations, bass and walleyes. We mixed it up with various jigs and bodies, illustrating why we fish jigs and Gulp! so much. To this day, a jig tipped with Gulp! of some sort is a great call wherever we fish.
