Let's make Animal Bookmarks using wooden spoons at the J&C Craft Corner!

Things you'll need:

Wooden spoons
Paints
Colour pencils
Ribbons
Woollen yarn
Craft papers
Colour pencils

The Lion Bookmark:

Step 1: Paint one of the wooden spoons completely yellow. Let the paint dry.
Step 2: Draw a lion face with a coloured pencil or a sketch pen.
Step 3: Cut out lion ears from a yellow craft paper and glue them as shown in the video.
Step 4: Use the woollen yarn to make a woollen pom pom for the lion's mane. Wrap the yarn around four of your fingers. Try not to wrap really tight. Wrap around atleast 40 rounds.
Step 5: Carefully slip the yarn off your fingers making sure the yarn bundle stays together.
Step 6: Use another piece of yarn and tie the bundle in the middle and tie a knot.
Step 7: Cut open all the loops with a sharp scissor with the help of an adult.
Trim the pom pom for an even look.
Step 8: Glue the pom pom on the back of the spoon. And done!

The Piggy Bookmark

Step 1: Paint one of the wooden spoons in a light pink colour. If you do not have a light pink paint, mix a little bit of red paint with white paint. Let the paint dry.
Step 2: Draw a pig face with a coloured pencil or a sketch pen.
Step 3: Cut out the pig ears from a pink craft paper and glue them to the wooden spoon as shown in the video.
Step 4: Use a piece of ribbon to make a cute bow for the piggy!
